Tablet Market Resumes Growth After Half-Year Decline

The volume of global deliveries of tablet computers in the second quarter increased by 18.6% compared to the same period last year. This is evidenced by the report of the research company IDC. According to IDC experts, 38.6 million tablet computers were delivered worldwide in the second quarter of 2020. It is noted that the market returned to growth after a decline in the last quarter of 2019 and the first quarter of 2020. The market leader remains the American company Apple, which delivered 12.4 tablets, which is 1.3% more than in the second quarter of the previous year. The remaining largest manufacturers of Samsun, Huawei, Amazon and Lenovo managed to increase deliveries by 40 50%, shipping 7 million, 4.8 million, 3.6 million and 2.8 million tablet computers, respectively. As previously reported by the news agency, in the second quarter of 2020, global deliveries of personal computers grew by 11.2% year on year.

Volker placed Georgia in Eastern Europe and supported its accession to the EU

Georgia is doing a lot to join the European Union (EU) and more other Eastern European countries are worthy to join the EU.
