Italy's opposition: emergency regime needs authorities to avoid parliament's control

The Italian authorities are extending the emergency regime in order to continue to make decisions in a special regime and without any control from the parliament, said George Meloni, leader of the Brothers of Italy party, on Wednesday, July 29.

Volker placed Georgia in Eastern Europe and supported its accession to the EU

Georgia is doing a lot to join the European Union (EU) and more other Eastern European countries are worthy to join the EU. This opinion was expressed on February 15 by the former representative of the State Department for Ukraine Kurt Walker in Munich, where he participates in the security conference, journalists of the Georgian Public Television channel. It is indeed clear that in Eastern Europe Georgia deserves more than others to be a member of the European Union family and transatlantic institutions. Georgia does a lot to do that, Volker said.
