More than 100 cases of coronavirus infection 500 Ukraine in 24 hours

As of the morning of April 17 in Ukraine recorded 4,662 cases of infection with coronavirus SARS- CoV -2, the press service of the Center for Public Health under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine reported. Over the past 24 hours, a 501 new case has been identified. In total, more than 47,000 tests were carried out. There are 3,051 patients on outpatient treatment, 1,611 people were hospitalized, of whom 73 are children. As a result of complications caused by the disease, 125 people died, of whom 66 were men and 59 women, the report said. At the same time 246 people recovered. According to the news agency, a 34-year-old man who had previously confirmed coronavirus infection escaped from an infectious hospital in Kharkov.
